Colo Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Colo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

2. Service Description

Colo is a personal emotion journaling and memory companion app. Features may include mood records, photos, calendar views, analytics, achievements, and in-app purchases for virtual currency (coins).

3. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content you create in the app.
• You agree not to upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
• You should keep your device and account environment secure.

4. In-App Purchases

• Colo may offer consumable virtual items such as coins.
• Prices are shown at checkout and billed by Apple App Store.
• Virtual items are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
• Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All app designs, code, trademarks, and visual assets of Colo are owned by or licensed to the Colo team. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or exploit the app without authorization.

6. Disclaimer

Colo is not a medical, psychiatric, or emergency service. Any insights or analytics are for personal reference only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the app.
